Our fabulous family ranch style waterfront beach house with dock is located snugly
at the base of Sterling Harbor over-looking Gardeners Bay and Sterling Creek.

Our Great room has outstanding views of the water with beautiful sea breezes,
it is comfortably appointed, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Cable TV as well.

After barbecuing on your choice of gas or charcoal, you may choose to eat your meal
outside at the patio tables, the dining room table, or in the kitchen. The Kitchen has a
washer and dryer and all necesary utilites for food preparation and cooking.
The home has three bedrooms; the master includes a queen-size bed and private bath,
the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third a trundle bed.

Bring your water craft, as we have a boat ramp. Sit back and relax on the deck just
off the great room at the end of your day. Or if you prefer, on the dock and watch the
sun set over beautiful Sterling Harbor.
